We meet on the third Wednesday of the month in the Methodist Rooms at 2.00 pm.  You can watch operas performed by famous singers at some of the major opera houses of the world, all on the silver screen.  There are subtitles in English, useful if you don't know the story.  And the bonus is that you get close-ups of the singers, showing all the emotions you would expect.
