We meet at 2pm on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month in the Methodist Church Hall on Tower Hill, Hessle.  Many of us will have played table tennis as teenagers, probably at a local Youth Club, but it isn’t just a game for the young.

Table tennis can be greatly beneficial as we get older, helping to maintain mobility and improving our hand/eye co-ordination.  We also have fun and laughter is really good for us.

If this appeals to you, why not give it a try and join us on the second Wednesday of the month, 2-4pm, in Tower Hill Methodist Church Hall?  Equipment is provided, so you only need to bring a comfortable pair of indoor trainers or similar footwear.
