No matter what kind of writing you do, or are hoping to do, you would be welcome in the Writing Group.  We meet at 10am on the fourth Thursday of each month, at Hessle Town Hall, when we read our written pieces to the other members of the group.  Comments are never negative or hurtful but respectful and appreciative, identifying and encouraging individual strengths

Sometimes we set challenges and themes, or tackle common problems, but we recognise the importance of personal priorities and interests.

So whatever stage you are at, whether it be an ambition you have never got round to or something that you have enjoyed doing for years, come along and experience the pleasure of learning from and sharing with others, and enjoying their written efforts in turn.
